Report a Claim
You have three ways to report a claim with respect to
your Travel Insurance Coordinators Insurance policy. They are:
(1) using the company's
online claims form;
(2) by telephone: report the claim directly to T.I.C. at 1-800-882-5246
(if you're calling from Canada & U.S.A.) or collect (604) 639-8849
(if calling from elsewhere); or,
(3) in writing to:
T.I.C. Claims Department,
330 Woolwich Street,
Guelph, Ontario,
Canada,
N1H 3W5.
Note: It is a condition of coverage that T.I.C. Agencies Ltd.
be notified prior to, or within 48 hours of, admission to hospital
and prior to any invasive investigations or surgery being performed.
Failure to do so, without reasonable cause, will reduce
eligible expenses by 20%.
