Use this convenient on-line form to report non-emergency claims. Non-emergency claims may
include minor damage to your vehicle, home or business and small thefts.
For emergency claims, please call our office immediately at (905) 890-0090 or 1-800-813-4450
during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm). For claims emergencies outside

For more serious claims (car accidents, thefts from your home or car and personal injury), it's important that you contact the police. You should also get the names and phone numbers of all individuals involved in the accident as well as any witnesses. If your car accident is the result of a hit-and-run (ie. your car was damaged by an unknown vehicle while parked) it's important you report the claim to the police as well.
In order to ensure your claim is processed promptly and accurately, it's important that you enter all information that is requested and that you provide as much detail as possible in the description box.
