How to Report a Claim

The true test of any insurance program and our service commitment to you comes when you have a claim.

It's our goal to make it as easy as possible to report a claim, regardless of the time of day or your location.


During Regular Office Hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm)

Please call our office directly at (905) 890-0090 or 1-800-813-4450 during regular office hours to report any claim. One of our Account Managers will take down all of the necessary information and relay it to your insurance company. In most instances, you can expect to hear from the adjuster assigned to handle your claim within a few hours.

You can also report non-emergency claims by using our convenient online Claims Reporting Form.


After Regular Office Hours (evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays)

There are three options available to you for reporting claims outside of our regular office hours:

Insurance Company Claims Hotline

You can report your claim directly to your insurance company. Each company listed below maintains a 24 hour emergency claims line staffed by an adjuster who has the authority to take immediate action to help you with your situation.

Creighton & Co. Claims Emergency Hotline

If your insurance company is not listed above or you would like to speak to one of our senior managers regarding an after-hours claims emergency, please call our office at (905) 890-0090 or 1-800-813-4450 and leave a message in our claims emergency mailbox (option 1). A senior manager will be paged and will contact you directly as soon as they can.


Online Claims Reporting

For non-emergency claims you can report your claim using our convenient online Claims Reporting Form. Your claim will be processed within one business day of it being received.
